We offer repair services for your damaged or non-working devices. Drop off your device before 12pm, get it back the SAME DAY by 4pm unless otherwise noted, as follows:
Cracked or damaged Apple and Samsung screens: Call for pricing and availability. (Please have the model number ready or bring us the device to check for you)
Apple or Samsung battery not holding charge (turns on and functions, but dies quickly): Call for pricing; 3-5 days for battery to come in. (PLEASE NOTE: IF THE BATTERY IS NOT REMOVABLE FROM THE BACK, THE SCREEN WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED TO ACCESS THE BATTERY, AND THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE THE SCREEN WILL BREAK. WE SUGGEST YOU CHANGE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME IF SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED)
Any cell phone or tablet battery not lasting like when it was new, you could be a victim of Malware or Viruses. Bring it in for a check up.
Device not turning on or charging: $49 + tax if we can fix it, $20 + tax if we can’t or its NWF (Not Worth Fixing).
We also offer training services to help you learn new features, as well as set up email accounts and other services on your device: $149 per hour charged in 15 minute intervals.
